Welcome to the Vermont Department of Labor Internet C-101 Quarterly Wage and Contribution Reporting System.This application allows employers to report up to 250 employees. We will list the employee's names, social security numbers, and other data currently on record making it so employers only have to supply the current quarterly wage amounts for employees and add new employees' information. The application also calculates the excess wages, taxable wages, and the contribution amount due.Employers that need to report more than 250 employees will need to use the
Large Employer Application
. Both applications provide employers the opportunity to upload quarterly information and submit electronic payments.
